Carolina Andrea Alday Mondaca

Dr. Carolina Andrea Alday Mondaca holds a Ph.D. in Psychology (Universidad Católica del Norte, Chile) and an M.A. in Gender Studies (University of Northern British Columbia, Canada), with a specialization in Social Research Methodologies from FLACSO. She is a Clinical Psychologist and Research Associate at the University of Lethbridge, where she contributes to the At Home in the North project. Her work focuses on housing equity, 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, and intersectional approaches to social policy in Northern Canada. Drawing on her expertise in qualitative and intersectional methodologies, Dr. Alday Mondaca leads research design and analysis processes that promote evidence-based, inclusive policy development. She is also Associate Editor of Terapia Psicológica and has published internationally on gender, intersectionality, and social justice.
